Wildcat Cliffs Country Club's dining room is legendary!  Whether you're a fan of gourmet cuisine, prime rib or Mime's famous chocolate cookies, you are sure to be satisfied by the menu here.  By tradition, the dining experience is always memorable.  Leading the culinary team is Chef Will DeLellis, a Culinary Institute of America graduate. Wildcat Cliffs believes that mealtimes provide an important opportunity for strengthening friendships, exchanging ideas and enhancing community spirit.  Our dining experience is unlike any other club in the area.  Dinner is served on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during the season.  Lunch is served Sunday through Saturday with Brunch on Sunday also.

Cathedral Ceilings & Majestic Windows The main dining room accommodates approximately 240 people for a sit down event.  The room will reach capacity at approximately 450 people.  Set up for a classroom seating event in the dining room will accommodate 125 people.  Seating arrangements will determine the exact number of people the room can accommodate for functions.  A seating arrangement schematic can be provided to better assist the planning of events.

Covered Terrace The covered terrace is an outdoor setting at the clubhouse with a northwestern exposure.  This area is perfect for luncheons, brunches or dinner parties.  It's outdoor setting will give members and their guests appreciation for the beauty of the mountains.

Tennis Pavilion & Picnic Area Another wonderful place to dine at Wildcat Cliffs is the pavilion near the tennis courts.  This area is outdoors and our most casual setting.  The pavilion will accommodate up to 40 people for a sit down function and 100 for a stand up event.  Additionally, there are six large picnic tables for additional seating and a bonfire area for outdoor entertaining at it's finest.
