History In the fall of 2005, two fun-loving Floridians who summer with their families at Wildcat Country Club learned that a piece of lakefront property was for sale. After talking this over with their many close friends, they launched a plan to buy the property, form an LLC and renovate the six room motel. Two of the spacious rooms would become a members' lodge. Four rooms would be transformed into rental bed and breakfast type accomodations. The idea was to have a lakefront property where members could retreat, gather, boat and delight in each other. All members were Wildcat Cliffs Country Club members, and all were looking forward to having a little piece of the lake. They named the new adventure Glenville Lake Club, bought the property and set out to transform the structure into something to be proud of.
