There are two entrances to Wildcat Cliffs.
The east entrance (by Blair Realty) and the west entrance on Whiteside Mountain Road.

Directions from Atlanta, GA
From downtown Atlanta take I-85 North. Stay in the left lanes and merge left at GA-365 North / I-985 North toward Gainesville (Approximately 24.4 miles - 21 minutes), keep going straight, the Highway turns into US-23 North then into US-441 North. You will pass through some small towns (Talleulah Falls, Clayton, Mountain City, Dillard). Right before you get to the North Carolina State Line (if you see the state line you've gone too far) turn right on to GA-246 toward Sky Valley. (This road (Larry LeQuire Highway) turns into NC-106 then back again into GA-246 then back into NC-106.) Just continue straight. You will come into Highlands to a stop light. Turn right at the stop light which puts you on US-64 (Main Street through town). Go to the next stop light and turn left. This keeps you on US-64 going toward Cashiers. After about 6 miles, make a right turn into the Wildcat Cliffs front entrance just before Blair Realty and Information. To get to the West Entrance, proceed on Hwy 64 for another mile, turn right on Whiteside Mountain Road, then turn onto the second road on the right.

Directions from Knoxville, TN
From downtown Knoxville, take 1-40 East. Merge onto US-74 West via the US-19 / US-23 exit 27 to Clyde. Take the ramp onto US-23 South / US-74 West. Merge onto US-23-BR via the NC-107 / US-23 BR exit 85 to Cullowhee / Western Carolina University. Merge left at NC-107 South. This will take you through Sylva and past Western Carolina University. Travel approximately 30 miles and at the stop light in Cashiers, turn right onto US-64 West. Go approximately six miles to the front entrance of Wildcat Cliffs and Blair Realty and Information on the left.  To get to the West Entrance, proceed on Hwy 64 for another mile, turn right on Whiteside Mountain Road, then turn onto the second road on the right.

Directions from Greenville, SC
From downtown Greenville take SC-183. Turn left onto Academy Street North/US-123/US25 BR. Continue to follow Academy Street North/US-123. Turn right onto SC-124 (Pendleton Street). Continue to follow SC-124. Turn slight left onto Old Easley Hwy/SC-124. Turn right onto White Horse Road/ US-25. Turn left onto Farrs Bridge Road / SC-183. Turn left onto SC-183 / SC-8 / Jewel Street. Continue to follow SC-183. Turn right onto Ann Street / US-178 . Continue to follow US-178 (Crossing into North Carolina). Turn left onto US-64 / Rosman Hwy. Turn slight left onto US-64 / MC-281 / Rosman Hwy. Continue to follow US-64. Turn left into Wildcat Cliffs Country Club entrance at Blair Realty & Information.

Directions from Franklin, NC
From downtown Franklin off Main Street take US-64 or Highlands Road (Cullisaja Gorge Road). Keep going straight and it will take you into downtown Highlands. Make a left onto US-64 (or Cashiers Road) at the second stop light and go approximately 6 miles turn right into the East Entrance of Wildcat Cliffs. You will see a sign for Blair Realty and Information. To get to the West Entrance, proceed on Hwy 64 for another mile, turn right on Whiteside Mountain Road, then turn onto the second road on the right.
